Chevalier de l’Ordre du Mérite Agricole: Dominique Geulin
On Wednesday, May 25, a group of 100 people attended the medals award ceremony of Dominique Geulin.
Dominique is originally from Etretat in Normandy, and was named a Meilleur Ouvrier de France by former president Mitterrand in 1990.
In January 2016 he was named a Chevalier de l’Ordre du Mérite Agricole. Dominique owns and operates the Saint Honoré Boulangeries in the Portland metropolitan region, employing close to 100.
Officiating the medals ceremony were Jack Cowan, the Honorary Consul of France in Seattle, and Françoise Aylmer, the Honorary Consul of France in Portland. Geulin was also a recent Special Distinction winner in the Leadership category at the French-American Business Awards Pacific Northwest, held on May 20, 2016 in Seattle.
